New Update on 01.02.2022: REAP 2022 - Rajasthan's Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) will shortly make the REAP 2022 application form available on its website. The REAP application form will be available on the candidate site for applicants to fill out. Admission to B.Tech programmes through REAP 2022 will be solely based on a merit list. The Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process, or REAP, is held by the exam administrators for admissions to engineering degrees at participating institutes. Candidates who have passed the class 12 or equivalent test, as well as those who hold a diploma in engineering and technology, will be eligible for REAP 2022. Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process does not have a separate entrance examination, and admissions are based on merit.

REAP 2022 Application Form

The official authority releases the application form for REAP 2022 on the official website reap2022.com for B.E. / B.Tech and barch2022.com for B.Arch. Candidates can only apply online for the same. They should note the transaction number after filling the REAP 2022 application form and keep it safely. They cannot fill 2 applications form for the same course through REAP 2022.

How to apply?

Shown below are the steps to apply.

  • First, click on the above mentioned link.

  • Then, click on the new registration for the respective course.

  • Next, add basic detail like phone number, candidate name email id etc.

  • After doing so, the login id and password is sent to the candidates.

  • Now, fill the application form for REAP 2022 and upload documents.

  • After then, pay the application fee and submit.

Application Fee: The fee for REAP 2022 Application cum Registration is Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred fifty only) to be paid online through REAP 2022 web portal. This amount deposited for REAP 2022 is neither refundable nor transferable nor adjustable. Candidates has to apply and pay fee separately for B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch. courses

Important Documents Required for REAP 2022 application form: Applicants have to upload scanned copies of the following documents.

  • Recent Color Passport Size Photograph
  • Signature
  • Marksheet of Class 12 / Diploma
  • Marksheet of JEE MAIN / NATA
  • Caste Certificate if any

REAP 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates are advised to carefully establish their eligibility before applying for the REAP 2022. The candidate would be solely responsible for the consequences or any damage/loss/harm which occur due to wrong or erroneous facts/data/inf1ormation given by the candidate

  • Education Qualification for B.E./B.tech.:

The minimum academic qualification for admission in B.E. /B.Tech. program in Rajasthan is – The candidates should have qualified JEE Main 2022 in order to apply for the admission.

  • Education Qualification for B.Arch. (5 Years)

The minimum academic qualification for admission in B.Arch program in Rajasthan is – The candidates should have qualified a valid NATA score.

REAP 2022 Admission Priority

The admission process includes filling of REAP 2022 application form and then filling the choice filling form. Candidates can fill as many choices as per their choice. They can edit / submit their choices before pressing the lock button. Candidates are required to take the print out of both REAP 2022 application form and choice filling form. The following priority criteria is used for admission and seat allotment.

REAP 2022 Merit List

Merit list will be released at the official website or direct link is given below. For check the merit list, candidates enter the required credential such as Form Number and Password. Check the merit list below the link.

For B.E./B.Tech courses merit lists will be prepared based on the Rank obtained in JEE (Mains) 2022, Scaled percentage/percentile of Class-12th and then followed by percentage of Diploma in Engineering and Technology. The candidate would be able to see his/her Merit in the merit list in his/her category after Login into the REAP-2022 web portal for B.E./ B.Tech courses.

For B.Arch. Course merit lists will be prepared based on 50% weightage of 12th / Diploma and remaining 50% weightage of NATA 2022 score.

REAP 2022 Tie Breaking Criteria

In case 2 or more candidates score the same marks in the prior qualifications, then the tie is solved with the help of the following criteria.

For B.E./B.Tech Courses

  • Candidates who have more marks in Maths are ranked higher.
  • Candidates who have more marks in Physics are ranked higher.
  • The older candidates are given more preference.
  • At last, the lowest form number is given preference.

REAP 2022 Counselling/Allotment

The official authority conducts the REAP 2022 counselling and seat allotment online. The allotment is based on the choices filled by the candidates, availability of seats and in order of merit. After checking so, candidates have to report to the venue for document verification and payment of fee. There would be three main rounds of the counseling in REAP-2022 followed by one special round except management quota admission. The candidates who will not report in the allotted institute after allotment of seat are not eligible for “Upward movement”. Out of Rajasthan candidates are not eligible for “Upward movement”.

Documents to be carried at the time of Reporting for REAP 2022

At the time of reporting in the allotted institute, the candidates will have to show all original documents, certificates and receipt of registration cum application form fee along with provisional seat allotment letter generated by the official website of REAP 2022. The candidate is also required to deposit a self-attested copy of all the documents. Candidates shall carry the following documents at the time of reporting to the allotted institute:

  1. Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the REAP-2022 web portal using their login details. Candidate should paste their recent color photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional colored photograph with them.

  2. Aadhar Card/ Aadhar Acknowledgement Receipt.

  3. Valid JEE Mains-2022

  4. Class X (High School) Board Marksheet/ Certificate as proof of date of birth.

  5. Mark sheet of class 12th Science (for Subjects) or Diploma.

  6. Certificate of category (SC / ST/ OBC /MBC/ EWS), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.

  7. Undertaking by OBC/MBC in the required format (for the non-creamy layer), (if applicable).

  8. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD), (if applicable).

  9. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen, (if applicable).

  10. Domicile certificate.

  11. Income Certificate.

  12. Medical Fitness Certificate.

  13. The fee to be deposited at the Institute.

Exams 2022 - FAQ

1. How many marks do students must secure in NATA /JEE Main (Paper 2) to be eligible for admission in B.Arch?

Students must qualify for the NATA/ JEE Main (Paper 2) with 80 marks out of 200 marks to be eligible for admission.

2. How will I get to know whether my application is accepted or not?

Students will receive an email/ message on their registered mail id/ phone number after the successful submission of their application form.

3. Can other state candidates apply for REAP?

Yes, candidates of other states can also apply for REAP. Such candidates will be eligible for 15% of seats of approved intake (for Govt. or private institutions of Rajasthan).
