Eligibility Criteria for ICAI CA Final 2022

ICAI prescribes the eligibility criteria for ICAI CA Final 2022. Candidates who plan to appear for ICAI CA Final 2022 must check if they satisfy the eligibility norms set by the exam conducting authority. The application form of the ineligible candidates will be disqualified. It is mandatory for the candidates to check before registering for the main exam. The eligibility criteria as per ICAI is given below for the examination:

  • Candidates should have passed the CA Intermediate/ IPCC and registered for the CA Final course

  • Candidates should register with the Board of Studies (BoS)

  • Candidates must have completed at least 2.5 years of articleship training.

  • Candidates should pursue around 4 weeks of Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS) during the last two years of their practical training (before the exam).

CA Final Exam Form 2022

  • If the candidates fail to apply before the last date of submission, the candidates can apply by paying the late of Rs.600 (or the US $10).

  • If the candidates need to edit any details in the CA Final Exam Form, candidates can make use of the ICAI CA Final 2022 correction window which will be opened by ICAI. The correction window is a one-time facility available free of cost for making corrections in the CA final application form.

  • The applicants should note that if the CA final exam form PDF doesn't show the password or signature, the candidates need to take a print out of the exam form, paste two photographs, sign the form and get it attested by a Chartered Accountant (CA) or a Gazetted Officer or Head of an Educational Institution and send it to ICAI office.

  • Candidates should pay the application fee to complete the exam form submission. Candidates can do the payment through online modes. Candidates can pay by using the credit card/ debit card or net banking. The CA final exam fees will vary based on the exam centre applied for. The CA final exam form fees is given in the table below:

CA Final Registration 2022

CA Final registration 2022 remains open all through the year. The applicants need to register for the session of the exam they wish to appear for. CA Final Registration 2022 can be done by the students either after or during the completion of Articleship training. In order to complete and create the CA Final Registration form PDF, the candidates should complete the payment. Candidates are required to attach the required & mandatory documents along with the printout of the CA final registration form and submit it to the concerned Regional office. The registration form should be submitted one week after the date of online CA final registration.

The pass percentage/cut off depends on various factors like the total number of appearing candidates, the difficulty level of the exam and the number of available seats. The overall pass percentage according to the old CA final syllabus is 5.84% and according to CA final new syllabus, the cutoff will be14.47%.
